Venano
A collection of small AI products for the global market.
Venano was Trevor's exploration and learning period — a series of small, self-contained AI products built for a global audience.
Rather than chasing a single big idea, Venano was about shipping fast, learning from real users across different markets, and developing intuition for what works. Each product was an experiment: a chance to test a hypothesis, understand a new domain, and sharpen the craft of building things people actually use.
The products spanned different verticals and use cases, but shared a common thread — leveraging AI to solve specific, tangible problems for real people, not abstractions.
Venano was less about building a company and more about building a builder. The lessons learned here — about product sense, global distribution, speed of execution, and knowing when to move on — became the foundation for everything that came after.
